  • All orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours after confirmation.

  • Once dispatched, delivery may take 4–6 working days depending on the location.

Return & Exchange Policy

  • Our products are custom-made and therefore non-returnable and non-refundable.

  • Returns or exchanges are only applicable if the product is damaged during shipping.

  • To be eligible, customers must share a complete unboxing video (from parcel opening to product reveal) without any cuts or edits.

Cancellation & Changes

  • Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
